‘The Stanza Singers’ consist of a twenty-strong group of past and present members of various amateur operatic societies from the Nottinghamshire are. Locally based at St Johns Methodist Church in Carlton, the group, with an eye for comedy, enjoy singing songs from the shows together with two-, three- and four-part arrangements of well-known songs.

A blind beggar persistently calls out to Jesus, ‘Son of David, have mercy on me!’ Jesus tells him that his faith has made him well. Immediately, the man is able to see again, and becomes a follower of Jesus.

Scouts to attend the 24th World Scout Jamboree in North America 2019.

Route:
Sidney road to Holden road, down to and turning up Bramcote Road, along Cyril Ave, turning up Hope Street to the top of Bramcote Road, then doubling back down Bramcote Rd and up Louis Ave, following Bramcote drive we then turn down Holden Road, and along Fellows Rd to Wollaton Rd, where we move back up to Bramcote Drive and sing along to a little past Winchester Ave.
