11.00am Morning Worship – Climate Sunday: Val Sellars and Peter Gray

This Service will be held on Zoom. If you would like to join us please contact the Office Administrator who will be happy to provide the link or/and codes.

The Climate Sunday initiative is calling on local churches across Great Britain & Ireland to hold a climate-focused service on any Sunday on or before 5th September. This is in readiness for the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow on 1st to 12th November 2021.

Congregations are encouraged to make a commitment to address climate change in their own place of worship and community and to use their voice to tell politicians we want a cleaner, greener, fairer future at the heart of plans agreed during COP26.

On Sunday 13th June 2021 at 11.00am on Zoom, a special act of worship will help us

  • to explore further the joy and privilege of being carers for our common home, God’s generous gift to all humankind
  • to confess our part in the problem
  • to commit to taking our responsibilities as creation carers seriously

Join with us – you will be most welcome! To obtain the Zoom link, please contact office@beestonmethodist.church  or claire.milligan@beestonmethodist.church
